Customers are responsible for:

• Removing all personal belongings from on or near the windows ahead of the scheduled service time
• Raising all blinds to their full up position
• Opening all curtains (they do not have to be taken down)
• Ensuring access to water (please make sure it is turned on, especially outside)

Inclement weather notice:

Weather may cause your service to be rescheduled to the next available service date.  Every effort will be made to accommodate you as quickly as possible.

We cannot be held responsible for:

* Insecure or falling blinds/shades/curtains

* Personal belongings left in front of and around the window area

* Clips, tabs or springs that come off of screens

* Storm windows & screens that require unusual effort or force to remove

* Damage to windows that are painted shut

Payment Methods accepted:

We accept cash and checks only and expect payment upon completion of service.
